1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using IntellaBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

IntellaBox is an AI-powered email management platform that provides:

• AI-generated email summaries
• Automated follow-up tracking and reminders
• AI-assisted reply generation
• Email organization and prioritization

3. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person or entity per account (no shared accounts)
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Email Access Authorization

By connecting your email account, you authorize IntellaBox to:

• Access and read your emails for processing
• Send emails on your behalf when you request it
• Process email content through AI systems
• Store email metadata for service functionality

You must have authorization to grant this access for any email accounts you connect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for spam or unsolicited emails
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access others' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or extract our code or AI models
• Use automated means to access the service beyond normal use
• Resell or redistribute the service

6. AI-Generated Content

Important: AI-generated summaries and replies are suggestions only. You acknowledge that:

• AI content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending
• IntellaBox is not liable for consequences of AI-generated content you choose to send
• AI summaries may not capture all nuances of conversations

7. Subscription and Payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase for annual plans
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Non-payment may result in account suspension

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance with reasonable notice
• Modify or discontinue features
• Suspend service for violations or technical issues

9. Intellectual Property

IntellaBox and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your email content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• IntellaBox is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (email providers, payment processors)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold IntellaBox harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be revoked
• We will delete your data according to our retention policy
• No refunds for unused subscription time (except as noted above)
• Sections 9-11 survive termination

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
